About Audrey

Audrey Breedlove has over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting within the real estate industry. She is responsible for fund and corporate accounting, investor reporting and fund administration, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to Gerrity’s investors and lenders. Additionally, Audrey is responsible for treasury and capital management.

Prior to Gerrity, Audrey worked in public accounting assurance services with Ernst & Young, serving primarily multi-family and retail clients. She also managed accounting and finance professionals at Pirch, a luxury appliance retailer owned by private equity.

Audrey is a California licensed CPA and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of San Diego. She is a member of Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, Pension Real Estate Association, and the Commercial Real Estate Women’s network.
