About Felecia

As Vice President, Property Management Felecia is responsible for the operational management of the Gerrity properties, which includes tenant relations. She leads and directs the Property Management team with responsibilities such as: hiring, supervising, coaching, and professional development, while also establishing and implementing policies and procedures for the department.

Felecia has worked with Bill Gerrity since joining GMS Realty in 2002. She was tasked with overseeing the day to day management of the San Diego and Pacific Northwest portfolio of properties. Felecia began her career in medical office building management for JMA Properties in La Jolla, CA, and progressed to property management in Southern California for Festival Companies and Federal Realty Investment Trust, before joining GMS. Felecia obtained her Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation through the International Council of Shopping Centers, and holds a California Real Estate license after attending Arizona State University for a degree Business.

Felecia is married with two daughters and 3 grandchildren. They love fishing in the mountains, traveling to new places, and Sunday family dinners.
