About Josh
Josh Roque is the Vice President of Acquisitions & Asset Management at Gerrity, where he leads underwriting and due diligence for acquisitions, and is responsible for the execution of asset management strategies for the company’s properties. He has ten years of experience in the strategic and financial aspects of retail real estate, including property transactions, asset management, finance, and accounting. Prior to Gerrity, Josh was a Senior Assurance Auditor at Moss Adams LLP, where he specialized in auditing real estate, construction, technology, and life science companies.
Josh is a California licensed CPA and earned a B.A. in Accounting and a B.A. in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University. He was nominated to participate on the Advisory Board for the 2022 Institutional Real Estate Investors (“IREI”) Springboard Conference and serves on the board for a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, One Atta Time. Outside of the office, Josh enjoys surfing with his wife Katherine, golf, and competing in Ironman triathlons.
