About Kate

Kate has nearly 20 years of experience in retail shopping centers, specifically in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and finance. She takes the lead on all property loan transactions from initial pursuit to a timely closing, and serves as the point of contact for existing and potential new lender relationships. Kate oversees transaction management for all acquisitions and dispositions here at Gerrity.

Before joining Gerrity in 2011, Kate served as a Client Coordinator for Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Advisory Team for the West Coast, working in leasing and investment sales. She participated in a high volume of lease and sale transactions and worked closely with multiple brokers on 150+ listings.

Kate earned a B.A. in Communications from San Diego State University, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and has served on the ICSC Next Gen committee.

In her free time Kate enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She volunteers at her children’s school and is a troop leader with Girl Scouts of San Diego.
