About Maureen

Maureen is the Vice President of Project Management here at Gerrity where she works with a team of talented experts to bring new life to worn out properties and launch new tenants into a successful beginning to their business.

Maureen took her hobby of sketching dream homes and turned that into a degree in architecture from Iowa State University. From there she worked with companies such as Target before making the move to California where she landed a job as the Director of Development and Planning Services for The Hanh Company. Maureen worked with industry leaders on shopping center design, development, and expansions, with notable projects including Desert Passage, Hollywood & Highland, and Park Meadows.

Following her work at Hahn/TrizecHahn, Maureen continued her professional experiences by working at companies such as, Rothschild Downes, Hollywood&Highland x duex, and Irvine Company Retail.

In her spare time Maureen enjoys traveling to visit her family in Chicago and DC, and assisting friends with paint color selections for their homes, all the while searching for unique antique pieces which she recycles and resells in an antique booth.
