About Oliver

Oliver has over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, including over seven years at Gerrity where he leads the corporate finance, treasury management, and investor and lender reporting functions. He leverages data across all Gerrity departments to effectively compile, analyze, and articulate operational results and corporate strategy to institutional investors and banking partners. He also serves as the co-chair for the Brand Standards Committee and led our rebranding initiative in 2022.

Prior to joining Gerrity, Oliver served in the audit practice for Deloitte in San Diego. He performed both AICPA and PCAOB financial statement audits on real estate, insurance, financial services, and manufacturing clients spanning $1 billion to $100 million in revenue.

Oliver earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, is a certified public account, and a three-time nominee and attendee of IREI Springboard. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute's San Diego / Tijuana division.

In his free time, Oliver enjoys cooking with his wife and can often be found at the dog park with their Australian Shepherd.
