Ryan Eichorst is the Director of Asset Management at Gerrity, where he is responsible for the development and execution of business plans for each property in his portfolio.

With over twelve years of experience in commercial real estate, Ryan was previously with Donahue Schriber where he was responsible for the leasing and asset management of a portfolio of Shopping Centers. Prior to joining Donahue Schriber, he worked as a Retail Analyst for Passco Companies based in Irvine, California.

Ryan is a graduate of California State University San Bernardino where he earned his B.A. in Business Economics and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
