About Stephen

Stephen is in charge of overseeing and supporting the Gerrity leasing group. Every lease is unique, so here at Gerrity we strive to achieve the proper balance between efficiency, attention to detail, and individual considerations to ensure our tenants have the best possible experience when interacting with our group.

In Stephen's early career he gained more than ten years of experience working in commercial real estate brokerages with boutique southern California firms: CW Clark and Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate. His more recent experience includes being the Vice President at a privately held company, Sunbelt Investment Holdings, as well as working as the National Leasing Manager for Property Development Centers (a subsidiary of Safeway Stores). Stephen also spent nine years as the Senior Leasing Representative for TRC Retail (formerly known as Terramar Retail Centers, and GMS Realty before that).

Stephen has a BS degree from San Diego State University and is a 30+ year member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. When Stephen isn't leading Gerrity's exceptional leasing team he is spending his time with family, surfing the San Diego shores, and growing his own food.
